WE EXIST TO CONNECT AND EQUIP MEN.
Heart of a Man exists to deeply connect men who are equally committed to learning, growing, walking through life together and deepening in faith. The world has produced an environment where men are navigating every aspect of life solo. We know we can be better, but we also know we cannot do it alone. Come learn to walk through life in a community of men who are also hungry to figure life and manhood out together.
WE MEET MEN WHERE THEY ARE.
Men thrive when we have direction in life and the tools to get us there. We need to learn practical skills: How do I support and love my wife? How do I raise children to thrive in a crazy world? What does it look like to date with honor and respect?
We host Bible sstudies, events and classes with trained leaders to equip men with life-long friends and practical skills around relationships, family, faith, money, and their career to help them navigate life effectively.
We also believe, as men, we are called to serve the widows, orphans, and vulnerable individuals in our communities, and provide opportunities for men to do so via HOAM Work.
HOW MEN DESCRIBE HOAM
THOMAS, 25
I've been praying for a very long time for an older mentor to help advise and guide me. At HOAM, a member of out group who is in the life stage ahead of me suggested we talk outside of the group and connect more. It felt so good to have this prayer answered!
KYLE, 30
HOAM is a supportive environment where I am free to be myself. It's a unique group of men all striving towards a common goal of growing in their relationships with God and others.
BOB, 45
A group of men dedicated to studying God's Word and growing closer. I would say that the teaching and the community are both valuable and full of the Holy Spirit.
