AI Pornography is Destroying Men

The world of AI is entering a new era right now. With the release of the latest iterations of software from ChatGPT (4o), Google (Veo 3), and smaller brands like Eleven Labs allowing for accurate modeling of a person's voice, men are just now starting to be subjected to the full weight of what AI pornography will become. The level of evil connected to it is unprecedented and if we allow ourselves to remain unaware about where it is headed, we will miss the signals pointing to one of the most nefarious addictions our world may ever see.
In the same way that drugs like fentanyl take the high from older “legacy” drugs and increase the potency, AI is currently doing the same to pornography, making an already filthy industry even darker at a rate that far exceeds what experts previously predicted. Let’s talk about the most likely outcomes and where it’s heading, while understanding that this isn’t comprehensive and will only get more evil as the technology evolves.
AI-Generated Photos Tailored to Personal Fetishes
The realism of AI photos is surpassing human’s ability to differentiate between what is fake and what is real. For instance, here is a photo I just now generated of a portrait of a young woman.

Convincing? I sure think it is. It's not perfect, but to the person blissfully unaware, they wouldn't think twice about it. Simply scroll Facebook for 10 minutes and surely, you’ll see numerous AI photos where the comments are littered with people fooled to think it’s real (as well as bots to boost reach of the content, but that’s another talk for another day).
If this photo doesn't freak you out, what if I simply used a software like Midjourney to animate it? This suddenly becomes exponentially more impressively terrifying.
We're going to talk more about videos in a minute, but conceptualize this: with a single click, I took a fake photo of a fake girl and animated it with fake movements. This should hopefully leave you at a minimum concerned, here’s why.
As of today, AI can generate hyper-realistic pornographic content that’s uniquely tailored to a user’s preferences—down to ethnicity, facial features, body type, voice, and scenarios.
If a man (or woman) can think of the content, it can be created.
All the barriers for visually depicted depravity have been removed; it’s now up to the creativity of the individual and the limitations of their imagination. This personalization is drastically increasing the addictive potential of the material and undermines healthy relational desires by creating a fantasy world that no real-world relationship could possibly match.
All created content has the propensity to be “flawless”, creating exceptionally unrealistic dopamine rushes that can never, under any circumstance, be met by a real woman in the real world. The devastation of this alone is going to leave men without sexual desire for a human wife, and will stifle all forms of physical intimacy. Marriages will suffer, procreation will be diminished, and trust will be destroyed.
AI-Generated Video Content
Google’s Veo 3 has largely broken the internet. It’s the first system available that allows the user to use text to create video content that is ACTUALLY excellent in quality. Like, cinema quality and often without artifacts that immediately give it away as fake. Video creators are panicking everywhere; the future of their hobbies or jobs are coming into question due to how far these systems are taking AI-generated video already.
With every perceived positive comes the “dark web” variant.
While photos are one thing, video content is even more nefarious.
By searching the more disgusting corners of the internet, services exist where video generation is being trained on pornographic video content exclusively, leading to exceptionally detailed and highly realistic depictions of any and every sexual act a person may dream of seeing.
Rarely does this ever stop at mild sexual acts either. As happens with the chase of any dopamine-based experience, one must go deeper, darker, and more depraved to maintain the high, and AI video makes that chase easier than ever.
I hate to take the discussion in this direciton, but what’s one step more evil than photo and video? Photo and video of people you know specifically or celebrities you wish to see in compromised states.
AI Deepfakes Featuring Celebrities and Real People
Deepfake technology allows the creation of both "harmless" and pornographic content featuring the faces of celebrities, influencers, or even acquaintances—without consent. This is clearly not a pornographic example, but I uploaded this photo of our Director of Operations to Midjourney:

With it, I gave it this simple prompt:
"A 30 year old man, strong, dark hair, tall, full length, strong muscular, brutal, gladiator armor with abdominal muscles showing, tattoo on right hand, long sword with runes, photorealism, in a gladiator arena, hyper realistic, cinematic"
And with that simple prompt, I was able to create this photo of him, which is actually pretty epic, but the implications about where this technology is heading is jarring and showcases how accurately the faces of those we love can be replicated in scenarios that anyone might dream up:

Pretty insane right? It looks like a real, jacked, gladiator version of him and captures the essence of his facial features with incredible accuracy.
Now why bring this up? All seems harmless and fun right? Making goofy images of friends that make them look like action heroes? Not quite.
This is where the push for removal of one’s children’s likeness from social media should become more obvious. There are many growing stories of despicable individuals taking the likeness of children off of one's Facebook, creating sexualized "deepfaked"content of them, and even uploading it to public spaces. Lives are being ruined because of this, innocence is being stripped from both men an women, women in particular, and men are blurring ethical lines, reinforcing their sense of entitlement. Women are being horrifically objectified, empathy is deteriorating, and real people are becoming tools to fulfill horrible fantasies.
If you’re still posting pictures of your children on Facebook and Instagram, please consider stopping. If there was ever a time to protect your family from the evils of this world, the darkness of what the internet is becoming will soon be knocking on your family’s door. Social media “likes” are not worth the risk.
If you feel compulsively drawn to continue posting, what’s a practical alternative? On Facebook, you can build custom audiences within your friends list. What I personally have done is built a custom list with only family and our closest inner circle of friends. When I post photos, I set the audience to that subset so only the people I know and trust can view them. Posting for the public is no longer wise in any regard. Again, with this said, it's better to not post them at all though. The risks simply outweigh the benefit by a tremendous margin.
AI Girlfriends and Companions Replacing Human Intimacy
This next one may seem absolutely ridiculous, but the reality is it’s already happening, and lives are ending because of it. Chatbots and voice-cloned virtual girlfriends are becoming a real-life (but not) "alternative" to dating in the real world. Instead of trying to form and grow a real, often complicated relationship with a mutually broken woman, men are turning to emotionally intelligent, always available, affirming, and seductive AI girlfriends. [1]
For a host of reasons (dating apps, diverging political and faith stances, women prioritizing work over marriage, men not growing up, obesity, etc.), men and women are struggling to connect more than ever in history. And with that, men are exceptionally lonely. When a woman won’t give a man the time of day in the real world, what does he start to believe about his options? Where can he turn? A digital girlfriend feels utterly ridiculous, yet they're proving to be so powerful and so believable that stories are beginning to surface of young men making devastating choices because of the promptings of their AI girlfriends. Recently, a 14-year-old boy took his own life in response to his AI girlfriend encouraging him to do so. [2]
For lonely or struggling men, these “relationships” feel safe and controllable—unlike real ones. They cause them to feel profoundly accepted in a world where finding love from another individual has become increasingly challenging. [3]
The growing risk of this space is culminating in a shocking proposed future reality: AI marriages. Predictions are being made that in only the next few years, we will start to see men entering “marriage” relationships with completely fictitious, digital women. I see you shaking your head not believing this is even possible, but in a world that keeps trying to redefine marriage by what a person “wants” or says they “love”, this trajectory is already in process. It will be one of the most ludicrous societal trends we’ve ever witnessed and we must begin preparing to encounter men who are addicted to fake AI relationships.
The Virtual Reality Porn Revolution
If the previous future states weren't scary enough, this one is something straight out of a dystopian novel, yet VR porn is already becoming mainstream, only hindered by a simple barrier: not everyone owns a Virtual Reality headset. As the technology becomes more ubiquitous with Meta's Quest products, and Apple lowering their price points with future versions of the Vision Pro, we will begin to see an expansion of (primarily) men diving into immersive pornographic experiences for the first time. 3D video paired with audio and even physical devices that allow the user to simulate a "faked" real-world sexual experience will create an insanely addictive dopamine hit. This is already not limited to pre-recorded content, but can be paired with real people on the other end of an internet connection, creating an exceptionally false reality of connection.
As AI video becomes more widely available and technology evolves to allow for real-time video creation that responds to a user's inputs, men will be able to sit in these custom-tailored experiences, affect the outcome, receive exactly what their fantasies demand, and create entirely fabricated realities in which they can and will live for extended periods of time. Isolation will only grow for men caught in this web, shame may spiral out of control, and the appeal of relationships with real-world women will become anything but enticing. Why would a man step into the messy, gritty nature of a real relationship when he can form artificial relationships with AI or promiscuous women around the world digitally?
If there is any form of artificial intelligence mixed with modern technological evolutions that scare me most, this is it. Virtual Reality AI pornography will ruin many men when it comes fully into mainstream usage.
The Evil of OnlyFans
While this isn't AI, it's worth mentioning in the fight against porn. If you're unfamiliar with the new-ish platform called OnlyFans, gear up for this one. Women becoming porn stars and being directly paid for it has been democratized via OnlyFans (OF). Women are now creating accounts where men can pay monthly fees to gain access to whatever content the creator wants to place behind the paywall. While there are a handful of innocent uses of this platform, there is a new generation of young man saying that the number one "turn-off" for him of a woman is a "Link in her bio", referring to her social media where she's promoting a link to her OF page.
Why are women doing this? Because it's lucrative. Very, VERY lucrative. There are everyday women making more money than you can fathom by simply selling photos and videos of themselves via a subscription model. Women are being duped by society into thinking there are no long-term ramifications of them uploading pornographic material of themselves to the internet, and men are sinking huge amounts of money into a more personalized consumption of their addiction.
While AI and OF inherently compete with each other (AI removes the need for OF when men can simply create their fantasies vs. engaging with the content given to them), men are still purchasing it and using it, and it's worth calling out. Women, if you see "OnlyFans" on your credit card statement, it's time to ask serious questions of your husband.
A Crisis of Counterfeit Intimacy
The porn industry is undergoing a revolution—one driven not by humans, but by algorithms designed to hijack male biology. AI porn doesn’t just titillate—it isolates, dominates, and ultimately deconstructs what it means to be a man. It’s our responsibility to pay attention, to understand the depths of brokenness the men around us might be engaging with, to protect our children from this new radical AI machine and the people using it, and to practice empathy for the men caught in this new web of porn being spun against them.
This is no longer a fringe issue. It’s a cultural bomb detonating quietly in bedrooms, dorm rooms, and offices everywhere. Men need to be called higher—to truth, to real love found in God himself and his son Jesus Christ, to community with real men, and to marriage with a real woman.
If you’re a man struggling in this space, PLEASE know, you are in absolutely no way alone in the fight against this monstrosity of a drug called porn. Heart of a Man exists to walk alongside you, to plug you into a meaningful community of friends, and to provide guidance from older, wiser men who will help you dive into your story, heal from the pain of your past, study the Scriptures, and walk alongside of you as you move towards freedom. Don't keep the monster hidden. Pornography has never been your friend and never will be. It's designed to destroy you, to rob you of your money and decimate your future relationships. We were built for real wives. There are men here who care and are ready to go to war against it with you.
