Deep Waters: Learning To Explore The Bible

We’ve seen that, in a time where podcasts and the teachings of others are so available, we’re losing the skill of reading, dissecting and learning from Scripture on our own. Biblically, we’re called to meditate on the Word day and night, so clearly the Lord wants us knowing the Word for ourselves. The biggest barriers we’ve seen from guys we’ve talked to:

• Not knowing where to start.
• One's time in the Word feels “unproductive” so he or she loses interest.
• Going in without a structure feels daunting..

As one possible solution, we created a tool that men can add to their arsenal to ensure their time in the Word is productive and influential on their love and knowledge of Jesus.

In this session, we’re going to charge $10 per attendee, each will receive a Deep Waters Project Journal, valued at $24.99 in the open market. Two of our leaders will take us through the structure, explain how it works and why it’s designed in this way. We will go through examples all together, share answers, explore Scripture together, and prayerfully come away with a new model we can use to take our personal study time a level deeper. If you have already attended a class and/or own a journal, there is no cost to attend.
